How long is needed for installation working of one set asphalt mixing plant?
20-30 working days for batch asphalt mixing plant, and 10-20 working days for continuous(drum) asphalt mixing plant.
How many person are needed for the operation of whole asphalt mixing plant ?
Six persons
How long is the service life of your asphalt mixing plant ?
Normally, the service life of our batch asphalt mixing plant is over 15 years, and it of our continuous (drum) asphalt mixing plant is over 10 years.
How about the quality guarantee period of your asphalt mixing plant ?
The guarantee period of our asphalt mixing plan is 15 months, we will bear the quality issue of all parts except wearing parts in guarantee period.
How about the spare parts supply of your company?
We will provide some wearing parts along with whole asphalt mixing plant to user freely, and user can purchase more wearing parts along with whole asphalt mixing plant.
We will keep the spare parts supply to user in the whole service life of asphalt mixing plant.

What ore raw materials can your mining crushing production line process?
It can process most non-metallic and metallic ores such as granite, limestone, marble, basalt, iron ore, etc. The production line configuration can be customized according to the hardness of the raw materials (Mohs hardness level 1-10).
How do we determine the production line capacity suitable for our mine?
This requires a combination of three core factors: ① planned daily output (e.g., 500t/d, 1000t/d); ② raw material particle size (maximum feed size); and ③ finished product particle size requirements (e.g., 0-5mm, 5-10mm aggregate). We can provide a free capacity calculation solution.
How long does it take to install and debug the production line?
For a standard production capacity (500-2000t/d) production line, the on-site installation period is approximately 30-45 days; the commissioning period is 7-10 days. We will send professional engineers to provide on-site guidance to ensure smooth commissioning.
How long is the replacement cycle of wearing parts (such as hammer heads and liners) during production line operation?
Depending on the hardness of the raw material, the lifespan of consumable parts is 1-3 months (e.g., approximately 2-3 months for limestone and approximately 1 month for granite). We will provide some consumable parts along with the entire crushing line free of charge. You can purchase additional consumable parts along with the entire crushing line.We will provide spare parts throughout the lifespan of the crushing line.

What factors affect the production efficiency of a concrete batching plant?
Key factors include the matching degree of equipment components (e.g., mixer & aggregate feeder), raw material supply stability, and operator proficiency.
How often should the concrete mixer be maintained to ensure safety?
Conduct daily inspections (checking lubrication & fasteners) and comprehensive maintenance every 300-500 working hours. Replace worn parts (e.g., mixing blades) promptly.
How to choose the right capacity of a concrete batching plant for a construction project?
Calculate based on the daily concrete demand of the project and reserve 10%-20% capacity margin to cope with peak construction periods.
What environmental protection measures should be taken for a concrete batching plant?
· Install dust collectors for aggregate bins and powder silos.
· Equip sewage recycling systems to treat and reuse washing water.
· Use noise reduction enclosures for mixers and fans.
