Product Introduction

Multi-cylinder cone crushers are typical crushing equipment for medium and fine crushing of hard materials, mainly used in the secondary and tertiary crushing stages of metal mines and construction aggregate processing. Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, because their safety, adjustment, and locking mechanisms are all implemented using hydraulic devices, also possess advantages such as convenient adjustment of the discharge opening, a small overload coefficient when passing non-crushable objects, and easy removal of non-crushable objects clogging the crushing chamber. However, compared to single-cylinder crushers, this type of crusher has a more complex structure and higher manufacturing time.

Because multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers utilize hydraulic devices for safety, adjustment, and locking, the hydraulic system effectively ensures the safe operation of the equipment.

Advantages & Characteristics

Working Principle

The cone crusher’s moving cone, driven by the eccentric sleeve, performs a gyratory motion, causing the crushing wall to squeeze and grind the material between itself and the grinding bowl wall. According to the theory of lamination, the material is subjected to forces in multiple directions, and is crushed and ground according to its own texture, forming stable stone particles. The particles that meet the discharge requirements fall from the gap between the gyratory crushing walls, while the remaining materials continue to be crushed until the discharge requirements are met.
