BT-CBP 55 Concrete Batching Plant Builds Uzbekistan’s Tashkent Light Rail Stations
To ease Tashkent’s traffic congestion, Uzbekistan launched a light rail project in 2023, with 15 stations to be built in 18 months. The project required high-strength concrete for station platforms—and BONTOP’s BT-CBP 55 Concrete Batching Plant was chosen for its precision and stability.

The plant’s automated batching system controlled ingredient errors within ±1%, meeting the light rail’s strict structural standards. It also featured a dust-collection device, aligning with Tashkent’s environmental protection policies. During peak construction, the BT-CBP 55 produced 120 cubic meters of concrete daily, supporting the simultaneous construction of 3 stations. By early 2024, 8 stations had been completed using its concrete, and the project manager noted: “BONTOP’s plant delivered consistent quality, which was key to keeping the project on track.”
