Product Introduction
Emulsified asphalt equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, wide range of asphalt content, and stable quality, which can meet the requirements of different construction processes.
Structural Components:
Water System: Composed of a water tank, water pump, and pipelines.
Emulsion System: Composed of emulsion tanks A and B, flow meter, emulsion pump, and regulating valve.
Additive System (optional)
Asphalt Supply System: Composed of an asphalt tank, asphalt pump, and asphalt pipelines.
Emulsified Asphalt System: Composed of an emulsifier, sampling valve, and heat exchanger.
Heat Exchange System: Composed of a heat exchanger, emulsified asphalt discharge pipeline, submersible pump (or sewage pump), and cooling water inlet and outlet pipelines.
Thermal Oil System: This system is an automatically controlled closed-loop circulation system. Under the action of the thermal oil pump, the heated thermal oil heats the components that need heating and finally returns to the thermal oil pump.
Pneumatic Control System (optional): This system uses an air compressor as the power source and controls the opening and closing of five pneumatic valves (normally closed) through five solenoid valves, facilitating the opening and closing of water injection and drainage pipelines.
Electrical Control System: The electrical control system of this equipment includes both manual and automatic control modes.
The asphalt pump is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, allowing for convenient and accurate control of the asphalt flow rate.
Each motor is equipped with an overload protection device.
