Product Introduction
Core Functions
-
Indirect Heating for Recycled Asphalt (RAP)Converts high-temperature flame into 450–600°C medium-low temperature hot air via internal combustion chamber and circulating cooling air, then heats reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) through counterflow heat exchange. This avoids direct flame contact with RAP, preventing bitumen burning or property degradation.
-
Precise Temperature ControlMaintains RAP heating temperature at 160–170°C (optimal for asphalt processing) via multi-point temperature sensors and PLC control. Ensures uniform heating of RAP cores while controlling exhaust gas temperature below 100°C.
-
High Recycled Material CompatibilitySupports up to 100% RAP proportion in asphalt mixtures by gentle, oxygen-reduced heating (low oxygen content in circulating air reduces bitumen oxidation/aging), enabling large-scale recycling of waste asphalt.
-
Energy Efficiency & Emission ReductionIntegrates recycled flue gas into the circulating air system to preheat cold air, reducing fuel consumption by ~0.5kg/t of RAP. Lowers total carbon (TC) emissions to <50mg/m³, meeting strict environmental standards (e.g., German TA-Luft).
-
System AdaptabilityCompatible with multiple fuels (heavy oil, diesel, natural gas) and can be retrofitted into existing asphalt mixing plants. Coordinates with recycling drums, silos, and control systems to realize automated material processing.
Structural Support Functions
- Stainless Steel Chamber (310S Heat-Resistant Steel)
Replaces traditional refractory bricks; the double-jacket structure uses recycled flue gas to cool the inner chamber, avoiding material spalling and extending service life (several times longer than conventional burners).
- Online Flame Adjustment
Remotely adjusts hot air flow, temperature, and “flame shape” (air distribution) via intelligent damper controllers to adapt to different RAP moisture content and boiler load requirements.
