BT-ASP 600 Asphalt Mixing Plant Accelerates Vietnam’s Mekong Delta Road Upgrade
Vietnam’s Mekong Delta has long struggled with muddy rural roads that hinder agricultural product transportation. In 2024, the local government launched a $120 million road upgrade project, and BONTOP’s BT-ASP 600 Compact Asphalt Mixing Plant was selected for its suitability in narrow rural areas.

The plant’s small footprint (30% smaller than traditional models) allowed it to be installed near project sites, cutting asphalt transportation costs by 25%. Its adaptive control system also adjusted to the delta’s high humidity, ensuring consistent asphalt quality even during the rainy season. Over 6 months, the BT-ASP 600 supplied 18,000 tons of asphalt, helping pave 75km of smooth roads connecting 12 villages. “Farmers now transport rice to markets 1 hour faster—this road and BONTOP’s equipment have changed our lives,” said a local village chief.
