BT-CBP 70 Concrete Batching Plant Supports Kazakhstan’s Rural School Renovation Program
Kazakhstan’s 2023 Rural Education Infrastructure Program aimed to renovate 50 schools across northern regions, but harsh winters (-30℃) and remote locations threatened progress. BONTOP’s BT-CBP 70 Concrete Batching Plant—equipped with a special anti-freeze hopper and fast-heating system—became the solution.

Deployed in Kostanay Oblast, the plant produced 80 cubic meters of concrete daily, even in freezing temperatures, avoiding the common issue of concrete setting failure in cold weather. The local construction team also praised its easy operation: “We only needed 2 days of training to master it, which saved us time.” By December 2023, 12 schools had been renovated using BT-CBP 70-produced concrete, ensuring 3,000 students returned to safer, warmer classrooms in time for the new semester.
